We want you to be satisfied with a purchase from Limits Express. Once you receive your shipment, you have three days to notify us if there is an issue. Please contact your sales representative to notify them of the issue and they will work with you on a resolution plan.
Please note that all items are carefully packed, inspected and photographed prior to leaving our warehouse. Damaged packages or items due to carrier issues would require you to file a claim with your shipping agency.
